Annnnnd, we're doing a little bit of catch-up.

I decided to do the February Photo A Day Challenge from Fat Mum Slim

"My View" on Wednesday, February 1, was my back yard. It was warm for January in Indiana and before I knew it I had 7 kids playing soccer until their noses and fingertips couldn't take it anymore!

"Words" on Thursday, February 2.

I realized my kids should be doing this challenge with me. And they are just as chatty with photos as I am! We talked about not just "taking" the picture, but thinking about angles, interesting lighting, and just being creative.

Sadly, it's not my road but it is here in town.

Ben the 9yo~

I love the angle. He didn't care about the words as much as he wanted a cool looking picture.

Jacob the 7yo~

He loves football. He definitely thought about what words he wanted in his picture. He picked THIS page and THESE words. He held the book open with his feet and took this all on his own.

Grace the 6yo~

She took probably 7 pictures. Walking through the house almost like she was on a photo tour. This flashlight is my favorite. I love the composition.

The Barbie Certificate is very Grace.

Sam the 5yo~

His car rug. It was the first thing he thought of..and was standing on it at the time. "These are lots of words, aren't they?" I helped him hold the camera (because my Sony is stinkin heavy), but he did everything else.
